Nutrition vs. Getting Ripped???? #healthyeating #fitness #NC

I am on this journey of trying to get very toned and defined but not sure of what or how to eat to accomplish this goal. I eat really well and exercise often but still trying to find that really defined menu to keep me on track. What choices help you remain on track??? Please feel free to comment.
